Terms of Service

This document (hereinafter "Terms" or "General Terms of Service") governs access to and use of the ANIMA platform, accessible at freeaidomain.com (hereinafter the "Service" or the "Platform"), owned and operated by:

By accessing or using the Service in any form, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If the User does not agree to any part of these Terms, the User must immediately cease all use of the Service.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "User": any natural or legal person who accesses the Service, whether registered or not;
• "Account": the personal profile created by the User upon registration;
• "Credits": consumable units purchasable by the User for access to AI Tools;
• "Tool(s)": the software instruments made available through the Platform;
• "AI Tools": Tools that employ artificial intelligence and require authentication and Credit consumption;
• "Client-Side Tools": free Tools that operate entirely within the User's browser without server-side processing;
• "Generated Content": any output produced by AI Tools at the User's request.

2. Description of the Service

ANIMA is a platform offering digital tools for businesses, professionals, and individuals, divided into:

• Free Client-Side Tools: calculators, converters, and configurators usable without registration or cost;
• Credit-based AI Tools: text generators, analyzers, and artificial intelligence-based tools, accessible upon registration and Credit consumption.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Registration is performed via a magic link system sent to the email address provided by the User. The User warrants the accuracy and currency of all information provided.

3.2. Each User may create only one Account. The Account is personal and non-transferable.

3.3. The User is solely responsible for the security of their Account and for all activities conducted through it.

3.4. Upon registration, the User receives 5 (five) complimentary Credits. If registration occurs via a referral link, an additional 5 (five) Credits may be awarded, for a maximum of 10 (ten) free Credits in total.

4. Credit System and Payments

4.1. AI Tools require Credit consumption. Available packages are:

• 10 Credits — €4.99
• 50 Credits — €19.99
• 200 Credits — €59.99

All prices include VAT where applicable.

4.2. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor acting as data processor. The Owner does not have access to the User's complete credit card information.

4.3. Purchased Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable to third parties, and non-convertible to cash.

4.4. Unused Credits expire automatically after 12 (twelve) months of Account inactivity, defined as a complete absence of logins or Service usage for said period.

4.5. The Owner reserves the right to modify Credit package pricing at any time. Changes shall not apply retroactively to Credits already purchased.

5. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. Generated Content produced by AI Tools is created using third-party artificial intelligence models and is provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:

• accuracy, correctness, completeness, or timeliness;
• fitness for a particular purpose;
• compliance with specific industry or jurisdictional regulations;
• freedom from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

5.2. Generated Content is purely indicative and informational in nature. The User acknowledges and accepts that such content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated or obsolete information, and that it is the User's sole responsibility to independently verify correctness before any use.

5.3. The Tools do NOT in any way constitute or replace professional advice, whether tax, legal, medical, financial, accounting, engineering, or of any other discipline. The User is required to consult qualified and licensed professionals for any decision based on Tool outputs.

5.4. Results from calculators (tax, financial, mortgage, salary, BMI, etc.) are indicative estimates and do not constitute professional advice. The Owner disclaims all liability for decisions made by the User based on such results.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner, its directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
• cost of procurement of substitute goods or services;
• service interruptions, data loss, or malfunctions;
• errors in Generated Content or calculator results;
• acts or omissions of third-party providers (including, without limitation, Stripe, Cloudflare, OpenAI);

arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the legal theory invoked (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if the Owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.2. In any event, the Owner's total aggregate liability to the User, for any cause and under any theory, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User to the Owner in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €50.00 (fifty euros), whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner, its directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), liabilities, or losses arising from or related to:

• the User's use of the Service;
• the User's breach of these Terms;
• the User's violation of any third-party rights;
• the User's use of Generated Content;
• any false or misleading representation made by the User.

8. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

The User agrees to:

• use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms;
• not generate content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise infringing on third-party rights;
• not attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable usage limits, authentication systems, or security mechanisms;
• not engage in reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any attempt to extract the Service's source code;
• not engage in unauthorized automated scraping, crawling, or access;
• not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service in a non-compliant manner;
• not compromise the security, stability, or availability of the Service;
• not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or Credits.

Breach of these obligations shall constitute grounds for immediate termination and suspension or deletion of the Account, without notice and without entitlement to refund of remaining Credits.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. The Service, including its source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names, texts, and any other element of the Platform, are the exclusive property of the Owner or its respective licensors and are protected under Italian and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

9.2. Generated Content produced by AI Tools at the User's request remains the property of the User, who may freely use it for personal and commercial purposes. The User acknowledges, however, that similar content may be generated for other users from similar prompts.

9.3. The User grants the Owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use input data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's Account, without prior notice, in the event of:

• breach of these Terms;
• abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant use of the Service;
• request by a competent judicial or administrative authority.

10.2. In the event of termination for cause attributable to the User, remaining Credits shall be permanently forfeited and shall not give rise to any right of refund.

11. Amendments to Terms

11.1. The Owner reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time, by publishing the updated version on the Platform and, where feasible, by notification to the email address associated with the Account.

11.2. Continued use of the Service following publication of amendments constitutes full acceptance of the amended Terms. If the User does not agree to the amendments, the User must cease use of the Service and, if applicable, request deletion of their Account.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The null, invalid, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that reflects, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the original intent of the parties.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.

13.2. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, performance, or termination of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bari, Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer jurisdiction under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), where applicable.
